Brought my wife's car in for transmission repair under warranty staff was nice and attentive. Parts were ordered and I was shuttled home, couple days later parts came in, dropped the car off, wife got loaner car. Couple days later cat was done, no hassle or delays. Larry was great. Read More »

I went in to look at some used Civics. Victor showed me some used Civics did not really like them. Victor introduced me to his Mgr. Kevin, asked me a few questions, he suggested I look at the new 2012 Civic. Victor showed me several took a test drive in a Ex Civic very nice. I am writing to tell a true story. I took my Accord to Freeway Honda at 32 thousand miles for a service. The 30 thousand is a big service so I prepared. I signed up for my 285.00 service and went home. I got a call 2 hours later saying I needed this and that but I was skeptical because I only have 32 thousand miles and it seems crazy to spend over $900.00, that's right the service guy tried to sell me $900.00 worth of service(no tires, no repairs) just flushes and stuff.
