I take my 2004 BMW 325i to Firestone Complete Auto Care store number 018716 for oil change. this service was not done properly and professionally well and it was inadequate. After I picked up my car did not realized my car had oil leak, and as I was told later by BMW service manager, the leak was not yet got worse to be noticeable.
