I had a leak under my kitchen sink and Rescue Rooter came and fixed something called "dirty arm", I was charged $168.00 for this. Problem was actually leak in the faucet. After 3 visits correct problem was discovered, They sent me out to buy a new faucet which they charged $243.00 to install. They insisted on doing a video inspection with camera and found a $12,000.00 problem which they offered to finance. In my opinion, she was grossly over-charged to the tune of almost 13 thousand dollars for installing a 50 foot drain line, kitchen faucet, and garbage disposal. After the work was "completed" I contacted a number of area plumbers for an estimate on the same job. I could not find one that was even half the price Rescue Rooter charged.
