This dealership is horrible.My husband was leaving for Iraq in 2009, and wanted to make sure I was taking care of since I was pregnant at the time. They got us into a Black X3 which had low miles and everything. Once my husband was deployed,I had to take the car in several times for leaking in the front and back floorboards.To this day, my husband is deployed once again and I am dealing with this leaking problem STILL. This is a terrible company. The service dept sucks. After outright buying a vehicle from them, many service returns incomplete, a service person, Anthony Anderson, a self proclaimed "hustler", I tired and sold the car, 525I. The new owner was in a near fatal crash several days later. Thank GOD he is still alive. The brand itself is safe. However, take care you don't buy from LongBeach BMW who will sell u a clunker, they know they should not sell. I don't know why I cant get to the past review... Read More »
