I'm going to stick with Low Cost moving for all my moves in the future. I chose them pretty much based on price and reviews, but they were just fantastic. Tommy,theforeman was just a great guy, totally on top of the whole process and really ready to accommodate. They showed up ready willing and able, and got everything done quickly. I just moved from LA to Arizona with low cost moving and it was fantastic. Everyone was really nice and the movers were professional , worked fast, and took great care with all of my stuff . These guys had good service. I was a little unsure about getting movers from our apartment to our new home but they did a good job. There was a head board that broke, it was made out of particle board guys were very appologetic, honestly for them to bring in all of the remaining more expensive solid wood dining tables and hutch and not damage my 60" LED I didn't really mind. Guy told me they don't guarantee particle board items and I understood as it was cheap old college thing anyway.... Read More »

"Wow !!!!" words cannot express how we feel about Low Cost Moving, After being stood up by another moving company , Low Cost Moving came with extremely short notice of us moving. When movers arrived at our home, they wrapped all our furniture and protected all our fragile items with extra care. When they came at our new home they wrapped the bannisters and put some protection on new hardwood floors. Very Professional and easy to book with confirmation email to confirm details. The guys phoned 30min prior to arrival and were almost ontime. They were fast, very organised. They made me feel very confortable in leaving everything to them remove all my stuff safely. The service was professional, very friendly & fast. I had a somewhat complex move I needed help with. Low Cost Moving went above and beyond to ensure my needs were not only meet but exceeded. While our move wasn't the largest move, it was a very difficult one. We were forced with the tough choice to put our mother in an assisted living home. They worked all day moving and carrying things. We were very impressed with how fast they worked and also what great attention to detail they had. We also had them pack our kitchen and bedrooms. My move was picked up and delivered the same day and the movers were great. Even though not much could go wrong on such a short move I have read some real nightmare reviews about some companies and this was not one of them. My price was set and did not change and the driver even supplied me with a few boxes at no extra charge. Everybody was very nice and professional. Absolutely amazing moving company Low cost moving moved me from CA state to NV state in about 24 hours INCLUDING travel time. They were extremely careful with delicate glass and wood furniture. Everything was properly disassembled and wrapped in protective cloth. Not a single piece of furniture was scratched and there was not a single mark left on the walls. I just used Low Cost Moving to move from a large two bedroom to a smaller one bedroom in SF. In short, they were great. They showed up on time (a little early, actually). The guys they sent worked really fast, and nothing got broken. They gave me the choice of a flat rate or hourly rate. We did a lot of research on finding a mover. The arrangements were made and the movers showed up as scheduled. As soon as the movers arrived, the head of the crew covered all the floors with runners to protect our floors. The men wrapped all our furniture in blankets and covered our sofa's and mattresses with plastics. Low Cost Moving arrived a few minutes early, worked very hard and couldn't have been more pleasant throughout the whole day. They managed to bring heavy furniture up a staircase. we moved and are happy with the result. there was damage done to the drywall in our apartment on the way up the stairs and they paid to have it fixed and that was our only worry. We recieved a check yesterday and were just waiting until we got the check to write a review. The manager actually drove it to us and handed it to us. These guys were a great investment. My move was sort of unplaned. My new postion with my firm was supposed to begin in feburay. However, the regional manger asked if i can fill in earlyier. These guys have super competitive prices and really get the job done FAST. They moved my boyfriend and me out of studio (3rd floor walk-up) in about 1.5 hours, and into our new apartment (4th floor with an elevator) in about an hour. 2.5 hours overall, not bad! They do give you all flights of stairs included in their price. I wasn't sure if all of our stuff would fit in their van, but it did (barely) and nothing was broken at all. Ummm...... I'll cut straight to the point. Customer service is ridiculously nice - and not fake!!!!!! I kind of abhore those that pretend to be nice and you can clearly hear they're faking it...... but Low Cost Mover they're strictly within the codes of ethics of a good business.
