I have used Professional Property Management to manage my properties for the last 16 years. I found the company to be fair and honest. If they do repairs they provide the vendor information and exactly what work what was done. I have authorized Professional Property Management to use me a reference. This property management company , Professional Property Management should be closed down. Our claims against this company starts with Co-Mingling of Escrow funds, Business Fraud, Mis-representation. We have filed our claims in San Bernardino Small Claims Court and the State Of California Department of Real Estate. The financial loss that this company has impacted our family is devastating. Professional Property Management gets an attaboy for all their help. I was out of work and they worked with me for months allowing me to make partial payments and to remain in the property and catch up on my rent. They worked with the owner and even waived some late charges. Without the help of Professional Property Management I could have been out on the street. I lived in a house being rented out by this company for 2 years. I never once payed my rent late or received any complaints. Upon terminating my lease I complied with all of the terms of my contract and was told, in writing, that I'd receive the refund of my deposit within 21 days. When I didn't receive the refund by the 18th day I called the company asking when I should be expecting my check and the man told me that it wasn't ready but it should be by the 21st. I will never attempt to do business with this company again. We were interested in renting a home they were managing and the owner of Richco (aka Professional Property Management) failed to meet the terms of our contract when we placed our initial deposit down on the house. There were several things we asked to be repaired and also requested a response by a particular date so we could know that we were moving forward with this house or that it was not going to work out.
