Where do I begin? I'm currently in the market for a 2011 Honda CRZ. I pulled quotes via e-mail and phone calls. My best quote came from Riverside Metro Honda. The next best quote was maybe $600 more. Anyhow, I spoke with Katie from the Internet department. I believe she is a manager in that department. I purchased a new honda civic Traded in my Accord did all the paper work and a good size down payment. The next day Metro Honda calls saying they can not do the financing. Now its almost 10 days and i still own on my old car they have and my new Civic. They made it sound like a done deal and do not want to help. Never buy from METRO HONDA OF RIVERSIDE. Read More »
