Everyone at Moss Bros. Honda was very friendly and helpful. I felt like they really wanted me to be happy with all my choices and not just sell me a car. Very dissatisfied with the whole team. The sales rep lied about having a car in stock. I called 10 minutes before going over there! She looked on the computer and assured me it was in stock. When I got there.... No car. The manager lied about selling THAT car. I know he lied because he refused to show me the sales receipt for that day.
