We had issues at the service department, but this review is about the finance company. I don't know what computer system they use, but it's definitely anti-customer. They consistently send late notices before the payment due date. That should have been a clue. But we didn't want to go through the hassle of refinancing.
We did pay late recently due to my husband forgetting, but I paid it.
