Cant believe how dishonest these people are and I'm planning to report them not only to the BBB but to Honda corporate as well as The Sun newspaper. Walked in with my own financing plus a down payment and I was forced to still fill out the credit application for reasons I did not understand. I came to Spreen Honda to get an oil change on my Toyota Tacoma. I was in the neighborhood and decided to give them a shot, and I wanted to browse around. They have a lot of cars! It wasn't long before my truck was done, and I went on my way. They charged a fair price, and din't try to stick me with anything crazy. I recommend Spreen to everyone. Read More »

I took my sister's Honda accord in because the driver door would not open. I was charged $94.00 diagnostics fee to check the car to see what the problem was. An hour later they quoted me about $500 because a new door latch was needed and the work required "some drilling," and removal of the driver seat which is automatic. I took the car across the street to Lima Linda Auto Body & Paint. They checked the car and said that a door latch was not needed and that the seat didn't need to be removed... Read More »
