We were looking for a specific model with certain features, Jessica worked to find that special Ford Explorer at another dealership. Scott, the Internet Sales Manager, made sure it was available the next day at Sunland Ford. Andrew greeted us and then showed us our new SUV. Sunland Ford had a Molten Orange 2010 6.2l Raptor back in July-August time frame. I went into the dealership with intentions of purchasing this vehicle and has an incredible salesman whos name is Mark. I had a loan check in hand ready to buy however the finance manager came to speak to my family and I and was very disrespectful and rude prejudging us that we could not afford the truck so they were unwilling to negotiate price. I bought a 2005 Ford Mustang V6 on March 05th 2008 from Valley Hi Nissan and they added a new car (5 YR. Quality Guard Plus Deluxe) protection plan when I bought it. I had a couple of problems with the company, the first time, when my car alarm that they installed didn't work and someone broke my window, the next time when my speedometer broke the sidelight stopped working and they wanted to charge a deductible, which i was later okay with. Salespeople were nice, polite and helpful. However the Service Dept. seemed not to care if you came or not. Being new to the area I was used to excellent Ford Customer Care at both the former Moss Bros. Ford Colton, CA and most recently Fairview Ford San Bernardino having purchsaed 2 New Explorers in 2002 and a New Expedition in 2005 and a F250 Super Duty 6.0 in 2005.
