Just have a give a shout-out to Belmont Property Management for being so friendly and quick with an maintenance issue I had; the vendor who they used for the job was equally prompt and friendly, making the whole thing a worry-free experience. They are a very low class rental service. The managers avoid fixing problems such as hear and plumbing and are always rude. Don't let the friendly first impressions fool you, they will quickly grow shady. DO NOT RENT FROM BELMONT!! Read More »

I moved into one of Belmont's properties in January 2010. Since the day I moved in there has been nothing but problems with this company. My entire place has hardwood floors, keep in mind I moved in during the winter. Everyone knows hardwood floors keep the house very cold. This management company is extremely rude and does not try to keep there customers happy. I have found every person I have dealt with to be rude, incompetent, and uncaring. I have been trying to figure out the parking lot situation at my complex. I have called numerous times with no results until I filled out a BBB complaint did they take action, by writing me a retaliatory letter stating if I have an issue I can terminate my lease. This company is terrible. The apartment we live in currently has ants and termites all over, I called to have them hire an exterminator and they told me that it wasn't there problem, that I probably left food out. I proceeded to tell them that I do not eat my food in my bed or in the shower. I have also been trying to figure out the parking lot situation at my complex. Belmont Brokerage and Management is the worst company to rent from. I strongly recommend that you do not rent from this company. The staff is very unprofessional, rude, and uneducated on customer service. Their maintenance department never preforms any maintenance on their properties and the only time you will see anyone is when something is beyond repair. In the past few months that I've had the misfortune of having to deal with this company I've received nothing but incompetance, ignorance, uncooperative and rudness. THis is the WORST property management company I have ever dealt with. I have found every person I have dealt with in renting an apartment to be rude, incompetent, and uncaring. Phone calls are not returned, questions are answered with snide remarks, and in any meeting I have had to sign forms, etc., the person has not been prepared.
