I had made an appointment with Frank 10 days in advance only to be told the night before that he's not coming because he got mixed up. He didn't even call to tell me that, i had to track him down. Now 2 weeks before my move I have no movers and no estimate. And my new job will not understand the unprofessionalism of this outfitter bc they're professional. I received quotes from 3 moving companies to handle my move from CA to CO and all 3 came in around the same price. I chose Merit specifically because of the sales consultant I worked with - Frank Buckley. He was friendly, professional and most of all, very thorough when conducting the quote and explaining the move process. My driver, Robert Garcia, was equally wonderful to work with.
