I have been dealing with this company for more than 3 weeks now for our cross country move form Los Angeles, CA to North Carolina. 

This is our story:

1. Delivery promised on 7/7/12: We received some of our items, but 38 boxes were left somewhere in Dallas, TX due to an overweight moving truck.

I would have never thought to hire them since the website is entirely in Korean, but a co-worker recommended them. Ask for Diana. She speaks English and assured me my movers would too (and they did). They showed up early and asked if that was okay because they were "hoping for an early day." If it's the goal of my movers to get it done quickly. . . I'm thrilled. They were obviously trained in how to move efficiently.
