I have been a long time RVer and have owned 4 units to date. I have been going to Metro for years since having repeated bad experiences with a nearby "Big Box" type service center. We rented an Rv today after less than 3 hours driving we had a blow out in one of the back tired. Their after hours services took more than 4 hours in sending someone for the repair. We had seen that there was a lot of damage part of the interior chassis of the tire was bend and they had to cut it in order to change for the spare tire. We were thoroughly satisfied with our recent purchase of a used RV at Metro. Metro's staff was committed to a successful sale and keeping us a repeat customer. They were polite, friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and helped us obtain financing at a competitive rate. They gave us a generous offer on our trade in RV sight unseen and they stuck to the deal. I have a lot of friends who love to go RVing,they wanted to upgrade their rv so i told them about Metro RV and they usually come to me first for advice because I consigned and bought Great rv's from them. I recommend Metro rv to everyone , metro is everything anyone could ask for when it comes to selling your rv's. Without Metro I would have been a mess. They were friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. In August 2011 Cheryl helped me figure out what I wanted in my RV, because I was wrong! Don’t get me wrong, after leaving Metro I did my homework and confirmed every thing they told me, and yes, what I walked in looking for would have been a horrible choice for what I was looking to do. I had been shopping for an RV/Travel Trailer for quite a few months. I had gone back to Metro RV due to the quality of their inventory/presentation of the units by Alfonso. What outstanding customer service from the entire sales staff at Metro RV in Burbank CA. This was my first RV purchase and I had been specifically searching for a low mileage, c class motorhome with a garage toy hauler and the Fun Mover with the Ford Triton V10 engine was the one I wanted. The one that I found was at Metro RV in Burbank CA and I live in AR (1,300 miles). Talk about a risky purchase. I recently purchased a RV from Metro RV. I had a few problems during the delivery but all were resolved because the general manager Ray stepped in. Ray made sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. He even went so far to deliver my RV to my house in orange county since it was not ready when promised.
