I would not have given this company any stars at all, but this was not an option. Octagon Roofing installed a new roof on our house in 8/13. When we discovered a leak on 1/10/15, we called the owner, Charles Ford and asked him to investigate. He spent all of five minutes on our roof on 1/14, and claimed the roof was fine, but the leak was coming from a stucco crack in an exterior wall. Thank you so much for the great job you did putting our new roof and gutters on our new home. The assistance you provided throughout, from selecting colors to deciding upon Energy Star shingles, was always right on target and helped my wife and I avoid mistakes we would have otherwise made. I'm so pleased with he results. The house was 10-15 degrees cooler inside than it used to be before the ridge vents. The intense heat was a good test this weekend. I was even able to work more in the garage (which used to be an oven)and do my laundry. Thanks much. Read More »
