But requested a $400 dollar deposit.. With the pay schedule and my bills i submitted monthly shows i can afford it all.... if i dont pay a deposit they are saying they will revise the garnishment and take almost 400 a check. OMG that will leave me and my son homeless.. Is this leagal to ask for a deposit even if they are taking 250 a month????? I just recently received a bill from them dated back to 7/2008 (a hospital stay from 7/29/2008 - 8/2/2008). A bill I had no idea I even owed.

I called on 4/12/2010 and "tried" to pay the amount shown on my credit report but he would not accept the payment that is stated, he wanted to charge me $35.00 more than what is owed. I was treated with disrespect and all I wanted to do was to pay what I owe. He then stated that if I did not pay the medical bill in the amount he said that meant that I did not care for my daughter's health.
