OMG!!!!! This company is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!I called them 3-days before the payment was due and told them that it was going to be late and they told me that; I better have the payment in on time or else!! I don't like being harassed and I really don't like being threaten, they are un-professional and very dis-respectfully; I think that; I am going to call seven on your side because this is RIDICULOUS!!!! I purchased my car in May of 2008, financed by CreditWest. I have never missed a payment or made a payment late. I received a letter from County Financial the end of December 2010 stating they had purchased my loan. First off,they had the wrong car listed on my account. All I can say is this, I am so very happy they have an F I am happy that someone out there is realizing this company is worthless. Does anyone know how we can get our loans sold to someone else? After two months still have not reccieved anything from them stating they bought our loan from Credit West. If I did not have to give a star at all that would have been my first choice. I have a loan with County Financial. Struggling right now, although my payment is on time, I have no insurance right now. They informed me they added insurance to the vehicle, however, never submitted documents to me. I paid extra on the payment and they are still harassing me each and every day from 8:00 to 7:00 including family members. Telling me not to park my car in the garage, that means i am hiding it!!! These guys are annoying, rude and worthless people. They continually call me asking for a person that I dont even know. I have told them repeatedly that I don't even know that person and to please remove me from there phone list. I also told them to guit calling me. Let me start off on giving them a zero on the rating scale. These people are rude and nasty.They call my house 10 times a day with a unknown number and leave rude messages on my cell phone. This is probably the worse company ever. I got in a financial bind, but I continued to make my payment although they were late I still continued to show good faith. I was $90 short and they repossessed my vehilce. They harrassed me at work in which I told them several times that i was not able to take any personal phone calls.
