I've been patient and professional with Dadson about a small refund since last August. Today was the last straw. I got the same defensive employee and the same ridiculous story: my refund check's waiting to be printed. I looked up their LA address. They're on Adams near Hauser. This washer service took 2 months to fix our building’s washers and dryers, called almost daily and their employees give me a date but the technicians never show up. They will give you attitude and tell you what you want to hear but will ignore your calls after that. Do not use this company! Read More »

There are two clauses in their lease agreement that got us in trouble. Beware of these two sentences: 1st clause, regarding automatic extension and renewal: It is further understood and agreed by and between the parties hereto that this lease shall be renewed from the date of its expiration for two (2) additional terms each equal to the original term unless LESSEE gives LESSOR notice ... at least 90 days prior to the end of the then-current term of LESSEE'S intention not to renew this lease. ... Dadson Washer Service are a bunch of crooks. They will pretend to be your best friends until they have you loccked into a contract. They will then be rude, and hang up on you. I am a current customer that is experiencing their lack of professionalism. Beware that the contract you sign will become a 15 year contract if you don't cancel. All they care about is that they get your money every month. They claim there is no way out of their contract that automatically renews for two terms. Wow, wh... Read More »

BEWARE- READ THEIR CONTRACT CLOSELY - ITS 30YRS 0 stars Complaint to BBB We bought a property and found out a few days later from the sellers agent that it had a lease we were obligated to for the existing washer dryer. This lease was 5 yrs into a 25 agreement according to Dadson and they wanted us to start paying for the equipment. We said we did not want any washer dryer or lease. PLEASE READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY. I have been a Realtor for over 25 years and have never seen a contract like this. On the front page of my clients contract is a 5 year lease with signatures on this page, however it is subject to terms on reverse page. These terms(in very small print)are an additional 2 terms of 5 years each that cannot be broken by the owner even on transfer of title, death, etc. The lease goes with the property for 15 years.
