Wonderful company! We received several quotes to have to have our acoustic ceilings removed/covered over, and went with Original Richard (http://www.originalrichard.com/) because they gave me a fair quote, said they could do everything (cover over and prime >1200 sq ft of acoustic ceilings) in ONE DAY and I liked that they have been in business for over 30 years (so you know they will be around for another 30 years if something were to go wrong).
