I just wanted to comment on a recent experience I had with your service department. My initial email explained that I was the owner of a competitor's wine cooler and I knew one of the controller boards to be nonfunctional. I explained that the manufacturer would not provide any information regarding replacement boards. Vinotemp products are just crap. Everyone I know who has a wine cooler from them has had a compressor failure two years. In fact, everyone I know who owns any brand wine cooler has had a compressor failure within two years. It is obvious that they all have the same defect...Made in China! Read More »

I purchased a wine refrigerator from the company. Initial sale, delivery, and installation were relatively quick. I asked, during the installation, if the refrigerator was far enough from surrounding the walls. The installer said that there was enough room for air circulation. Just before the warranty expired, the compressor iced up. I called the company several times but the receptionist put me on hold every time. This company sold me a product that is by their own operating instructions...inadequate, underpowered and misleading. I am still trying to get my money back after returning the product (unused). Customer service is a laugh! They emailed me a worthless Credit Memo .pdf, and have not actually refunded to me any money to my MasterCard. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Read More »

I had two very bad experiences purchasing from this company. Mostly service and customer relations. Buyer beware if you have any problems with these units. You may never get it resolved. They are not responsive. I have emails and phone records of their lack of customer commitment. Read More »

Wine cooler did not work right- did not cool without the light on and the LED temperature gauge was over 20 degrees off. We called the company 6 times to get help with the unit: left 1 unreturned message. Was put on hold 2 times for over 20 minutes - no one came back on the line. We were hung up on 3 times.
