This is not a valid collection agency but a scam posing as one. They showed up on my credit report with an old ATT that ATT confirms I never had the account number doesnt exist in their database nor does the phone number. ATT phoned them and told them to remove it and they still refuse to do so. To say they are rude would be paying them a compliment. They yell,scream, and threaten you. Worst customer service!!..wow these ppl have no fu#@in manners. I been hung up on many times!..They dont do their job, when you ask them to do a certian thing. Best advice is, to pay off the debt asap and not deal with them! Read More »

This is the first step in trying to settle a debt from a previous employee which i didn't know existed until it turned up on my credit report having co-signed for her cell phone. Professional Collection Consultants use a form of severe harrasment in order to collect an alleged debt. Their account collectors threaten to financially ruin an individual. Screaming and threats are a common practice. Clearly the company fails to comply with in the Federal Trade Commision guidelines for proper collection of debt.
