DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I purchased the environmental shield kit and was placed on a monthly regimen. After trying the kit out I spoke with a representative who stated that I could return my 2nd shipment. I returned the kit UNUSED. I received a collection notice from MURAD charging me $39.95. So now Murad is charging $39.95 and putting me into collection even though I have sent back the kit UNUSED. This company is almost impossible to reach by phone - I have waited on hold for 1/2 hour anytime I have called - my mother originally purchased the intro package for me. I then ordered a 3-month supply, billed monthly at $54/month -but they kept billing her card. It wasn't entirely clear that the regular rate would be so much higher than the intro rate, either. Do NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER... THEY PULL MONEY OUT WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT. THE FIRST MONTH THEY TOOK OUT OVER $200.00 AND MY ORDER WAS 54.00 X 3 MONTHS. Each month I have had to call them because they take too much out. They put it back, but that is bad business and they get ugly with you for calling them on it.
