I did a lease buyout. Acura financial quoted me a payoff of 21543, Southcoast added 370 to the payoff and did not disclose as the law is clear on disclosures, that this was a fee for the dealer to process my lease buyout paperwork and do the DMV work in addition to the 256 in DMV fees that they charged and did disclose. I have had the car back for service twice or three times, and for issues with the vehicle 4-5 times. I still have not received my license plates and when I traded my truck in for the car I purchased, it took over a month to get my loan paid off. They paid it on the last day before I got a 30 day late on my credit.

Our initial visit was very good until they presented us with the offer. Kyle Harman and Garrett were the sale people involved in the transaction. This organization comprises of used car sale-man. They bit and switched us on buying a carthat was offered to us $2000 of the sticker prices initially but they raised the price to $4500 at the time of purchase.
