Thanks to the responsible and highly experienced staff at Tek Media Group I am giving them five stars! I am in the business of renting cameras and lenses. I had a problem I couldn’t fix where the ribbon on one of my camera’s LCD screens was cutting out the blue hue. I brought it to Tek Media Group and they replaced the part and provided a quality repair. Now I can rent the camera out again. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Tek Media. Despite being on the opposite side of the country, I shipped a Sony DSR-20 (DV Cam & mini DV Cam) deck to Tek Media for repair and it was a wise decision. Not only did they do a great job, the turnaround was incredibly fast (job completed within 48 hours of arrival, and that was during the holidays!).
