When we knew we needed tax help for a high tax bill, we had to get help to deal with the IRS. We owed more than 50K and the IRS wouldn't even consider putting us on a payment plan. We started with TRS over 18 months ago - by first paying them over $7000 in monthly installments, before they could start anything on our tax case. I had a fairly complex (to me) problem involving a business in bankruptcy and personal taxes that were a mess. They helped me compile all the needed information and were very patient with me. Tax Resolution Services provided exceptional service and assisted me with my tax liability. They stopped the threatening letters from the IRS and showed me a path forward that was well defined and equitable. We hired TR in May of 2010 and paid them $5800 to help us. For over a year, our case was bounced around due to TR employee turnover. TRS not only failed to help they made the situation much worse. We entered into an agreement with TRS, June 10th 2011. We paid $12,500.00 TRS made our tax sitation much worse. While a contract was signed, TRS came no where close to providing what they claimed would do for us. The IRS was threatening to take anything they could get. I was in fear of having my property and bank accounts seized. I have used Tax Resolution Services twice, and found their business practice to be ethical and responsible. The first time, I was able to quickly resolve my liabilities to the IRS with a well structured payment program with minimal effort on my part.
