Because they don't fabricate the furniture onsite, there is the potential for a BIG disconnect between the "designer" Ryan Hedgecock and his fabricator Paco out in Riverside. We hired Ryan to design a retro bathroom vanity and it turned out to be a disaster. It is clear that the requirements of this design were beyond his scope of design abilities. We found a great piece of furniture and ordered a bed to match. After being promised delivery in 4 weeks and an additional 2 weeks to stain, it was week 9 when we finally cancelled the order. A few calls to clueless staff not knowing when it would be done and one shouting match later with a different person, I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants furniture by a specific month.
