My first issue was the amount of emails being bounced. I tested a few of my friends emails with one of the email batches I sent out and 2 of emails that I know were working emails, got bounced. So, after the first month I decided to discontinue my subscription with Benchmark Email. This is where the big issue starts. When I first started using their services, I was able to learn a lot from all the resources provided on their website. The few times I have had to call in to get help, their customer support was both friendly and helpful! Their email builder is not hard to use. I have been able to create some pretty neat looking emails. I too had a lot of bounces and was working with customer service to rectify the situation. While doing business with them in good faith and just a couple of days after I placed a $600.00 order they cancelled my account. They refuse to talk to me or even reply to the BBB. They kept my $600, I recieved nothing for the payment and they simply kept the funds. They are thieves and not an honorable company.
