I have used meritline for years for small electronics and printer cartridges. I liked dealing with a local LA area distributor instead of ebay from China. Recently I had to contact customer service about an item that was not correct. I have been buying from Meritline for a few years and I will continue to do so because of the pricing and customer service. With as many purchases as I have made from them, there were bound to be some with issues (such as a bad set of printer cartridges); but the few problems I had were all resolved quickly, usually in one phone call, and always to my satisfaction. Meritline has been a good source of ink cartridges for my Canon printer for over 2 years. I was concerned the first time, due to a previous bad experience with a different vendor whose poor quality ink destroyed a previous printer. I have ordered the replacement ink cartridges with the new chip installed for my Canon printer several time with outstanding performance. Canon Printer Pixma IP 4920. I still have to use the OEM replacement for my fax machine Canon MX 392. It will not accept the refilled version of the ink replacement for some reason. Saving money on ink is definitely I strive for because our Canon's use on a monthly basis is heavy. Note for the Pixma IP 4920 we buy only the ones with the new chip installed.... Read More »

I've used Meritline for years for smaller purchases (cables, adapters, etc) however I recently ordered an 8GB MicroSD card. When I received the merchandise, the packaging was cut open and contained a 2GB card from a different mfr! Meritline wouldn't send a replacement once they received my return because the vendor said this situation was not possible. I order from Meritline constantly ~ at least twice weekly ~ and for the most part, it's flawless. The only complaint is that when they can't get your order to you in the specified time you paid for instead of refunding you the difference between say 2nd Day Delivery and 3rd Day Delivery which is often at least a minimum of $20 difference they just refund you $1.99 which is the amount you've had to pay on top of your shipping price to get a 'warehouse rush'.
