The products first off are amazing…. I have seen personally women’s live change due to a higher self esteem because the product have helped increase there beauty… My wife is a consultant and I as a Man actually help her with the party’s and organization of the business side. Arbonne needs to rethink their business practices. You absolutely cannot scam people into signing up to be a “Consultant” which is what they do. In order to just purchase the product you are REQUIRED to give them your social security number. Then you are charged - in addition to the charges for the product - a $29 "sign up fee" that "entitles you to a discount with every order". I do like Arbonne products and they have improved my skin tone. However, my latest transaction has not gone smoothly and I have decided to stop using their products because of this. I had ordered one item on March 26th, it showed up in my order history as ready to be shipped, but never was. I contacted them a week later and asked why it had not been shipped. The company provides great support, in the forms of an upline and the certification website of their Arbonne Uniiversity. I do like the products and have several customers. The 30 dollar fee to join is worth it to learn the good business practices in the "classes" on the website. My only complaint is the ordering process. I'm responding to the concerns regarding Arbonne requesting ss#. First of all, if all you want to do is buy product, you do not give any info other than your name and address to have the product delivered to you either by mail (UPS) or in person. Secondly, if you are signing up as a consultant, you are signing up as an employee of the company to earn money and compensation (35% employee discount). It is illegal to take on any job in the U.S. and not give your ss# for tax purposes.... Read More »

I've been an independent consultant since September of '07 and I LOVE Arbonne!!! I have found so much support with my sponser and my business just keeps growing. Its good to know that there are still honest companies out there that deliver results driven products to consumers. I'm not sure how to rate this company. However, I do know that their products are priced well above their competitors. I do have one question that they have failed to or refuse to answer my emails on; Why do they require new customers to provide them with their personal information for instance, social security numbers and date of birth? I have been a consultant for Arbonne for 3 months now and I absolutely love it. There is no pressure for me to sell if I don't feel like it and I order most of the products for myself and my fiance. They are awesome products and both of us love them. There is a ton of support for you if you want it and you can make a business out of it if you want to, it just takes dedication and hard work.
