I am so Happy I found Express Evictions on the Web. I read all the reviews and they were all positive. I used them and they proved to be right. I had a smooth and easy eviction. Express Evictions recently worked on a case for me, and I have to say, this team definitely knows what they are doing!! I was very impressed by their deep knowledge of the eviction process as well as the efficient and consistent dedication of the staff to work with me through the entire process of getting the occupant to vacate my property. I’ve been having some major issues with my current tenant. I’m a first time landlord and the tenant has reported several items in the house has broken or in need of repair. I have the drama of needing to evict a tenant in a probate case. The drama is that #1-I live in another state and #2- the tenant is my own brother who is living in the house illegally. I totally agree with comments posted by James L. I had the very SAME worst experience with them. They were so unprofessional and UNETHICAL. All the time telling lies about already filed the neccessary documents and we went to the court to find out that they haven't done anything. Everytime I tried to reach them they put me on hold just to disconnect me after half-hour of holding. The worst agency to go to for evictions! I ended up losing thousands of dollars when I was trying to save a hundred or so by going with Express Evictions. The agent that I worked with took good 20 days before filing with teh court and then missed the date for filing for default and the tenant filed a motion causing me to go to court!!!! I have been a client of Express Eviction for about 10 years now and have always had very good experiences with them and their staff. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable and often gotten my dead beat tenants out faster than I expected. Several of their lawyers have appeared in court with me and we have always won or made a deal with my tenants that I am pleased with. This company EXPRESS EVICTIONS is a shame attorney service. The Attorney takes on more case loads than they can handle and you never talk to the attorney after he gets your funds processed. When calling in to speak with your case manager (VALERIE) you'll be given the run around by the ignorant staff that this Attorney employees to pre screens the incoming calls.... I did not have a good experience with this company - They wasted a few weeks of my time. I called and never got to speak with a real lawyer, just the receptionist who answered the phone and gathered my information.
