MY HUSBAND AND I ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THIS DEALERSHIP My husband and i went there yesterday for mini roadster base. BEWARE! Buyer beware - I was promised things I was NOT delivered on my BMW and called a LIAR about what they promised. Julia Quinn in finance and Rich Clark, a salesman, both lied about what they promised. Once they had SOLD the car to me, I was forced to go to the GM, Peter, for help. But Peter's right hand man, Mark Brodkin, blocked my calls from ever reaching him, so I am now forced to go to BMW North America for help, and have left a call with an attorney. about the South Bay Bmw the customer Chris M bought the Bmw on a sticker price and the sales person lied about the 18months warranty should speak to BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES IF FINANCE THROUGH THEM YOU CAN ALWAYS CANCEL THE CONTRACT IF THERE IS FRAUD OR VERBALY LYING STATEMENT FROM THE SALES MAN,SALES MANAGER,FINANCE MANAGER,OR IF YOU ARE NOT FINANCING THROUGH BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES YOU CAN SPEAK TO DMV INSPECTOR FOR FRADULENT CONTRACT. Unfortunately I am a VERY dissatisfied South Bay BMW customer. My story: I recently purchased a pre-owned 06 BMW. I offered my sales person one non negotiable offer of 25K, to which he said "If I take this offer to my boss are you prepared to buy?". I said "Yes". The owner ran my credit check, brought it back to me and several hours later I was sent up to finance.
