On July 8, 2015 I ordered Reidel wine glasses and they charged my credit card $285.58, but I have never received the glasses!! I've emailed them several times and they finally responded on July 27th and said they would look into it, I've never heard from them again nor have I received the glasses. I've sent several other emails and no response and the charge is still on my CC, which I'm trying to get off. Do Not trust them!!! Read More »

I order an espresso maker for Factory Direct 2 you, when it arrives the water tank had a hole in it, about one inch form the top. I talk to Greg at FD2Y, he was right on it and I had a new part from the manufacture with in the week. Read More »

What can I say other than WOW! I had ordered a bunch of knives from factory direct and there was one that was shipped wrong. After I called them and told them they offered to correct the problem and told me to keep the wrong knife for my trouble. The customer service rep was really friendly and she really surprised me by making it so easy. Great service folks...thanks! Read More »

On March 30th,2011 I called Factory Direct 2 You and placed an order I was purchasing the Riedel Wine Decantor. I explained to the woman who works for Factory direct and made it very clear that I needed this gift by Friday because I had a surprise 60th Birthday party to attend. She called Riedel to confirm if they would guarantee me the gift on friday otherwise I would not have purchased it. FactoryDirect2you is an easy to navigate site. I was able to find the items that I was looking for (and some that I didn't know I needed). They had great pricing and really quick service. They shipped my order fast and it was packaged great. i needed a rebate coupon that i couldn't get from their site so i called them and the girl in customer service sent me one in the mail.
