These guys come across like your best friends on email and phone, but don't be fooled. I will gladly send my email thread with them to anyone that Googles me and sends me an email request. They are all friendly notes with failed promises. They strung me along for 3 months from the originally promised delivery date and never delivered my custom sofa. Best furniture purchase ever made. Two adults, a Wiley boy and a large dog. I purchased a velvet green beauty that has been going strong for over 8 years. This year is her 9th year I think and her framing and cushioning is still Strong and good looking. Amazing. Read More »

Miserable experience with this company. Customer service and quality of work is horrible. Sent two sofas and both were wrong. I kept the last one because I had no choice. I could not get them to try and resolve the problem. They just hung up on me when they realized it was me on the phone. I have had the sofa a couple of years now and it is falling apart. I purchased the essex sectional sofa in tan leatherette and so far I am happy with it. It did take a little over six weeks from the date I purchased it to receive it, which was a little longer than their 10-14 for processing and 7-14 for delivery estimate, but overall I would give them an A-. I searched and searched and this was the only company that I could find that offered a 100% vinyl option in numerous color choices.
