I ordered a red and black sectional 4084 from lafurniture sometimes around March 2017. They had sent swatches for the following types of leather: "bonded ", "Italian", "genuine", "top grain Italian", in ascending order for price. I chose genuine leather. This company is totally fraud , avoid them at any cost We ordered our furniture 2 months ago and still haven't got it 3 times it was delivered wrong and last time it was so damaged that we could see the damage even before opening the packing When we asked for cancellation , they stopped taking our calls or responding to our emails we are stuck and thinking of taking them to court . What an awful experience! For $2000 I bought a sofa-bed 3 months ago. I was looking for weeks and spent hours on the phone consulting with these guys, particularly Nicole. I got the "sofa" last week. I purchased (paid in full) a Cal King bed on 7/26/2013. I was told delivery would be a few weeks, but did not get a shipment until 8/30/2013, which is over a month later. I recently purchased a beautiful dining set at LA Furniture. We went to at least 5 stores and compare the price and services and found out LA furniture was the best. Had a good overall experience at the outlet store location. The customer service was great the second I walked in. On August 14 2012, I did order 2972 Leather Sectional Sofa from LA Furniture online. After I gave them my credit card they did charge me 952.32 dollars but they didn't tell me when it will be the delivery. So I call them and after telling me that it will take 4 hours to process the order they will let me know. This furniture store is HORRIBLE. I ordered a special order couch from them in store (they have a store/show room in West Pavilion Mall) and it took three months for me to receive it. Do not purchase anything from these guys. They have a best customer service when they want to sale something to you but when you need support they wont be there for you. They sold me a brand new sofa and when I opened it was damaged I call them and they said they cant do nothing for me after paying $1500.0. This furniture store has its high's and lows, We bought a new home and furnished a good portion of it with their furniture. Luckily there was no damage or problems like I've read on here before purchasing. I suggest you go and take a look at the furniture yourselves. On the honest truth. Do not purchase from this company. They will reap you off. I am still trying to get my 2 orders since last year October. We paid $3000 for damaged furniture that they messed the order up on. We ordered a sectional and ask that the hooks not be put on it.
