I had a bad experience with another vendor and after verifying the product info with a shop4tech customer service agent I went ahead with my large purchase. It was a shock and a surprise to find that, again, the product does not match the picture or description. The product did come without the little inserts I find so annoying but they did not come (except for one) with the pull tab that snaps to release or lock in the pages. This company DOES NOT respond to customer service inquiries even though their website & automated emails tout that they will respond in 2 business days. The product ordered was shipped from overseas & the delievery was expected in 3 weeks. It has been 8 weeks, & no response from the company (evevn though 3 emails were sent requesting information regarding this issue) & my MasterCard was charged the day of the purchase. I've purchased many things from them. I like there prices and how fast they ship. I once bought some chips from them that were the wrong piece but I knew that there was no refunds on the items. I contacted them and they told me that if I was not sure about something in the future they could simply assist me and answer my questions before I buy something.
