They have an ongoing issue amongst all members. Number one they state that you will get payment within 4 weeks, its more like 8-10 weeks. If you search the Internet or go to Survey Police and the Better Business Bureau, you will see that we all have the same complaint. I would just like to add my experience with TestSpin. I have been a member of theirs for over 3 years now and I have found them to be a helpful and respectable company. There was a time when it did take a while for my surveys to be credited, but if I had a real problem I would email them and they would resolve the issue. I definitely have to agree with the last consumer. I really wonder about Testspin. They are not the most professional company. They send surveys that I'm almost sure they know you will not qualify for. Also they are not considerate towards the survey takers. By that I mean, they send surveys you don't qualify for but they let you spend an unreasonable amount of time into the survey and then for no apparent reason, you are dropped out of the survey and told that you don't qualify for it. I have done many surveys with Testspin over the past year and while I have not tracked all of them, I have not noticed any missing payment. Some payments are delayed, some very signifigantly, but they clearly state that they pay you after they are paid. If the company paying them is late in paying, then you will be late in getting paid. I give this company one star because of my experience as a survey panelist in 2006. I keep careful records of the surveys I complete, and Testspin did not pay me for seven surveys during 2006, and one in 2007. They owe me a total of $20. (I have records of the survey numbers, and the amount owed for each survey.) I complained numerous times to the company but received no help.
