Roland Fisher provided service excellence! Even though I didn't use this service, the advice he gave helped provide a solution that I didn't initially recognize. I spoke to several other finance companies that were only interested in making a profit. Roland took the time to explain my options even though the option I chose (IE: Family Loan), didn't positively effect his bottom line. We enlisted Strada's call center to follow up on trade show leads and were able to generate 7 new customers!!!
