What a wonderful experience! Happily, I found Direct Source Copiers on line when my local reps could not afford me the courtesy of a phone call. When I called Direct Source Copiers, I was happy to know they even answer their phones. I immediately felt comfortable with them because of their expertise and knowledge of color copiers. The sales staff took their time with me and educated me on the different features of many different copier and I never felt any pressure. I called Direct Source Copiers in CA & ordered a copier "on sale" for $1,999. & added a toner bringing my total to $2,149. on 10-31-16 afternoon. The money was withdrawn from my account on 11-1-16. My son gave me a similar printer that evening so I called emailed Direct Source Copiers at 8:36 AM on 11-2-16 to request a cancellation. Needed a copier/printer/scanner with tabloid color capability and had to make it happen on a limited budget. After delivery of the Richoh C2500 system and spending some time learning about getting it working in our network, we're up and running with a dynamite system at less than half the cost I was facing elsewhere. Direct Source Copiers the most helpful copier company on-line! When I went on line looking for a copier, Direct Source Copiers were incredibly helpful. Their knowledge base is above any others I called and they took their time with me. I do not know much about copiers but I was glad I called. Avoid these people at all costs!!! They misrepresent themselves as being a licensed Kyocera distributor, which they are not (called Kyocera to confirm) they are a third party sub-distributor. We purchased a Kyocera Mita FS-3640MFP as per The Owner's suggestion. The printer turned out to be either defective or is not meant to run at the high volume that we are running it. I bought a copier at the end of the year for tax purposes.Tthe owner was very thorough and made sure to get me what I needed in a timely manner. Dealing with Direct Source was very enjoyable and I plan on buying another copier from them before the end of this fiscal year.
