It has been a number of months since our company ordered mugs from CustomGlassware.com to be given out at its 10th anniversary banquet. The company has a system to allow you to have an order placed and then requests your credit card information, it then gives you a total; but the following day sends you an e-mail with a new total the is much higher than the 1st one. It claims the new amount is for the shipping and handling. When you request that the order be canceled the company then informs you there is a $25 fee to do so.
