Meramak, Inc. does not deserve a 3 star rating. I would give them minus 3! After being a customer with Meramak for 14 years, I did all I was asked to do to cancel my account. I gave a 30 day notice in Mid September 2013, and returned the terminal along with a copy of my 30 day notice on October 15, 2014, and found that I was still being charged a service fee of 327.00 over a 5 1/2 month period.
