Alan Smith Pools gave me an estimate to replaster my pool and they upsold me on a new pool light even though mine was working just fine. After replastering my pool, they cut my pool light out and now tell me they can't pull the new wires and it's my fault somehow. Then they send me an estimate of $2400 for me to pay to correct their incompetence. They even went so far as to suggest I put a "dummy light" in my newly remodeled pool to solve the problem.
