Petals by Xavi is not a good company to get flowers through. The have or had disgruntal employees, not willing to work with their clients. The employee that I was attempting to work with gave me 2 or 3 different addresses to send payments to. It took 2 weeks or more for them to get the payment that I had sent and it should have taken a week tops to get the check & cash it and she was to busy to call back or email me to make sure that everything was ok. Unethical Business Practice - Using credit card information supplied in good faith, petals by xavi took a sizable "deposit" on UNSEEN, UNAPPROVED, and UNSIGNED paperwork. - She/they lied to the Better Business Bureau and the credit card company by saying the unseen, unapproved, and unsigned papers were seen, approved, and signed. - No paperwork from petals by xavi was ever seen, approved, or signed. - AVOID PETALS BY XAVI Read More »

The company is unprofessional, overpriced and will encourage only their very expensive floral pieces as options. They are inflexible, unwilling to work with their customer's budgets. Additionally, I would strongly recommend insisting on a contract and getting the contract signed prior to handing over a deposit. We were told only after we provided a large deposit of $850 that we were required to purchase a minimum that was initally not communicated to us nor was it anywhere near our budget... Read More »
