I have never done this before but I had some discomforting late payments, medical bills, student loans and bankruptcy filed in 2019. I had a credit score of 552(TransUnion), 505(Experian) and 533(Equifax) as of 17th of April 2021. I applied for a surgery loan in July but was not approved because of my poor credit report. I contacted my loan officer, he explained that I needed a score of at least 700 and the bankruptcy was removed from my credit report before I could be qualified for the loan.... Read More »

After depositing a check, the atm read it wrong and deposited an extra 700$ in to my account. 2 months later we find out when they withdrew the 700$, that they had made the mistake. I cant Afford Chases mistakes . After talking to four of five reps all of them admitted there mistake and still will not do anything to fix it. There customer service is lacking the customer service. I am finally fed up with them after there mistake caused ...Me to lose $997.44 in one month alone! I sent a wire and it was returned, even though the payment was made 4 days before the due date they never bothered to notify me and I found out when it was too late and my mortgage payment of $19,094.83 was late and had to pay the 5% late fee (I own an Apt. I had one of the worst experiences with the Washington Mutual Bank (that is becoming Chase) while banking at this location. I went to deposit a government Registered Warrant check for my tax return on October 2nd. Deposit transaction went smooth. On Monday, October 6th my money I deposited on the 2nd were revoked and bank hit me with the $12 fee.
