I dropped off my car Friday because I had a coolant leak. Later in the day I received a call from my service adviser Yuri stating that the problem was with the radiator and it would not be ready until the following day. Not a problem at this point. After filling out an online credit app on a Friday night, Tony the salesman tells me I qualified for Kia's Summer Special financing for 0 Down, 0 interest for 66 months, and 0 payments for 3 months. My boyfriend purchased a car for me about 2 weeks ago from car pros kia of carson. Within the first three days, I went to get out of my vehicle and the door would not open. So I called my boyfriend and he came to the gas station to help me. The door panel was cracked and there was a missing part inside of it. So it was wedged on the frame of the car. BUYER BEWARE! 2002 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN!! Saw an add on auto trader. Sent an email and called to inquire about the availability of the vehicle and price. I mentioned that the price on the picture of the car was 11,995 and the asking price on line was 7882. He told me it was an "internet special". Took my vehicle in for a few small service such checks on a 6 month old 2009 Kia. Was told it would take a couple hours and they would call me. I did not hear from anyone and decided to call 2 hour before they closed where they told me some one was out "test driving" it and would get back to me with in a few minutes. Car Pros suggest that they can "Get anyone approved" Not true, first they have you fill out on line an application to pre-authorize you. This is not what it does, upon completing the application I immediately received a call from Alexis one of their reps.
