I just spoke with guy at 9:21am in the morning. He said someone would be able to contact me back later. No one contacted me back so I decided to call again at 11:30am. At this time, he said his sales lady would have to call me later which he didn't know when she would be able to call me back. Then he proceeded to ask me that if he went himself he would I be able to write him a check when he was there. Called them to come cap a leaking gas pipe in my house. They tried tightening down the existing cap as a stop gap measure and said that should do it, it didn't. (They should have put some pipe dope on the threads like the next guy did.) Gas was still leaking and they refused to come and do anything more with it, other than replace all the gas lines in my basement. Read More »
