We were so happy with our first experience that we steered our contractor towards Art when it was time to remodel our bathroom. The work is top quality and honest. I want to PRAISE THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE PROVIDED BY #1 STATE PLUMBING'S OWNER, ART HOVSEPIAN. I recently hired Number One State to repipe my 4 unit apartment building. During the initial presentation, every part of the job was explained to me. The estimate was extremely fair and I could tell that this was not a company that was going to cut corners in order to lower it's price. I think that #1 State Plumbing is an excellent company and I would recommend them to anyone. Rhja was the foreman of his 3 man crew. They arrived on time at 9am and worked until after 8pm until the job was done. I was very impressed by how hard they worked. The crew were also very cordial. I had the galvanized pipes taken out of my house which was built in 1951 and had new copper pipes installed. When the walls were opened up, it was suggested that I also have the drain pipes done. Overall, I was very satisfied with the repiping job performed by Number One State Plumbing. On top of that, they helped me fix a long recurring drainage problem I had. I would highly recommend art and his crew , they are pro's. Art gave me a price and did not alter the price after starting the job, which was a pleasant surprise. Art said it was a one day job and it was, One of his men even stopped by on his own time to check that everything was fine. Oct 2007 I could not have been happier with the work that #1 State Plumbing did with our repiping. When the owner came to estimate the job he brought with him samples of the parts they would use and he spent 2 hours with us going through every detail. We knew exactly what we were getting and everything was written down. In 2004 we had #1 State Plumbing repipe our 18 unit apartment building in La Crescenta, CA. Their workers were very professional and worked well with tenants of the building. They did a very good job of patching the walls and repairing the tile in the bathrooms. We were so happy with their work that we had them repipe our home in August of 2007. We recently had #1 State Plumbing re-pipe our house in Pasadena and we are extremely happy with the quality of their work. They were very orderly, considerate and professional. We are impressed by the extra steps they tool around the house to help insure that our water system would be trouble-free.
