In the end it wasn't the right time to have my roof done because of personal financial reasons but I had a full estimate done and the price was very competitive and everyone I spoke with was very professional and down to earth. I hope to work with them soon. Read More »

Wonderful people to work with from the Service Rep. to the great foreman and crew. My roof is very pitched and has a lot of cuts, so I was really worried about someone getting hurt but my worries were put to rest when I saw that the guys were working with safety harnesses. Royal Roofing took on what looked like the relatively simple job of replacing a 28,000 sq. Ft. foam roof, four stories up, with the job of first removing the foam which had been applied directly to the plywood, necessitating replacement of 75% of the 4 X 8 sheets. Then a false roof had to be built over 80% of the area to add pitch to a roof which had negative pitch toward the center. There's Labor and then there's CRAFTSMANSHIP/WORKMANSHIP. Raw labor in NO BUENO. Craftsmanship is where people are PROUD OF THIER WORK (yet bothered @ minor imperfections). THANK GOODNESS WE PICKED REGGIE & HIS CREWS @ ROYAL ROOFING. After a RE-ROOFING DISASTER BY THE PREVIOUS ROOFER (& HOA Board's Decision), your Crew headed by Raul Marquez removed the other Roofer's "Mickey Mouse" roof to start over. After replacement of 1,000's of feet of rotted/bad wood the other Roofer just covered over, Raul & his men tiredesly Hot Mopped our Roof in what I'm told was 177 DEGREE ROOF TOP TEMPS (was 95 degrees+ ground temp daily).
