As a Long Beach resident for some 10 years, I felt compelled to write a review to describe my experience with Automated Collections, Inc. ("ACI"). This year has been incredibly difficult for my family and I. My husband has been layed off and we got behind on our bills. I have recently gone through a terrible divorce that has created some severe financial burden on me. As a result many creditors have been pounding me. When I was contacted by ACI, I was extended much kindness and respect. Unlike other creditors, ACI helped me resolve my situation very pleasantly.
