I ordered a bike part from them found out it was going to cost just as much for the delivery as t did the part so I had to cancel my order and when they canceled my order they seem to have lost my money, 31.82 came out of my bank account and I have bank statements and paypal statements to prove this and yet they keep telling me I was never charged for it, this company is not truthful in any manner unless you are buying stuff as soon as you cancel they seem to forget you ever existed I will... SUPER! Superkids Online gets 10++ out of 10 from me. I emailed Superkids on Dec 23rd 2010 to find out if they could ship a popular item in time for Xmas. They were just about to close for the Holiday when I explained this was for a special child. They said they would get it out for us in time. Excellent Service! Five stars, no joke! I just bought the very hard to find Xbox Kinect for my son from Superkids. I ordered it on Tuesday, and paid extra for next day air shipping. The Xbox Kinect is sold out in every single store within 250+ miles of my home, so I decided to search online. I found Superkids, looked at some of their yahoo reviews which appeared to be very good. Ordered an electric bicycle from this co. Was told item was in stock and would be sent in 2-3 days. Recieved email confirming same and a link to find out status. The link was just a page saying would be shipped in 2-3 days. After 10 days waiting I called Co. up and they told me that they didn't stock product but it would be shipped from wholesaler. Top Service! Extremely Reliable company! I am a repeat customer, and i have received excellent overall service from Superkids. I received a phone call after i placed my order to confirm it. Later that day i received my Tracking link, coming from California to NY i figured at least a week for deliver...Well i received my Schwinn scooter only 3 days later!
